As such our training arm is also involved in research for renewal and improvement of the services that we offer and in training methodology of our clients. Our training and capacity building methodology is based on the pragmatic lewinian experiential learning methodology that takes concrete experience, reflecting on it and comparing it to the concepts and theories they learn and tests their implications and applicability in their work situation. This enables us to empower them to apply knowledge and understanding critically in their work situations, thus improving their productivity and adding more value to their employers.
We are firmly committed to the provision of extensive professional development training and know-how facilities to ensure the highest level of technical competence across the length and breadth of our clients’ organisation.
