Programme, Project and Asset Management Services
Stage 5: Contract Administration and Inspection – The management administration and monitoring of the construction contracts and processes including the preparation and co-ordination of procedures and documentation to facilitate practical completion of works.
Stage 6: Close Out – The fulfilment and completion of project close out including necessary documentation to facilitate effective completion, handover and operation of the project.
Post Project Stage: Asset and Facilities Management – The delivering of a specified level of service (asset performance) to customers and stakeholders at an optimal life cycle cost and at an acceptable level of risk with a strategy that ensures long term sustainability of organisational assets created during the project.
The programme, project implementation and asset management services are offered through:
- The development, implementation and facilitation of stakeholder management strategies and project social facilitation.
- The monitoring and control, administration and reporting on the project.
- The commissioning, close out and handover of the project and assets created by the project to the operations and maintenance environment.
- The consultancy and embedding of programme and project management methodologies in organisations.
- The provision of integrated facilities management services comprising of technical services and soft services.
- The provision of consultancy services in enabling organisations to integrate their asset and facilities management to organisational strategy and vision.
- The provision of consultancy and guidance in the implementation and embedding of ISO 55001 Asset Management Systems in organisations.
- The provision of consultancy and guidance to public enterprises in the management of infrastructure assets in accordance with the International Infrastructure Management Manual (2015 Edition) and in accordance with the Guidelines for Infrastructure Asset Management in Local Government (2006 – 2009) for local government entities.
- The provision of audit and assessment services of assets and facilities management in accordance with ISO 55001 and other applicable and local standards as defined.
- The provision of consultancy and guidance in assisting public infrastructure provisioning organisations in the implementation of the Maintenance Management Standard of Immovable Assets (CIDB).
